Friends of the Upper East Side
Historic Districts, founded in 1982, is an independent, not-for-profit
membership organization dedicated to preserving the architectural legacy,
livability, and sense of place of the Upper East Side. Tuesday night will be the
night of the 30th Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony recognizing fine
restoration, renovation, and advocacy architectural work on the Upper East Side
over the past year.
The event is free and open to the
public located in the Park
Avenue Armory’s Veterans Room, an interior landmark designed by Louis C.
Tiffany.
